Hi there.. Currently now my electric bicycle are using 60v lead acid battery. Can I replace it to 60v lithium polymer batteries in future? Will the bicycle damage due to the change of battery type?

I have my mountain bike and would like to modify it to electric bicycle. Do you have a conversion kit so, I could upgrade my bike to electric bike.
Do you have 48v 1.6a battery charger for electric bicycle?
I actually have a katana (xiaodao) e-bike but I could not charge it. Is it due to charger or dead battery? The lights and horn are still operatable but the indicator says the battery is empty,it cannot move too. By the way, I didn’t charge it for a few months now.
