We have a 1 year warranty for our products.
So basically, if anything is spoilt due to manufacture’s fault ( battery, motor, etc ), it will be covered by the 1 year warranty.
If anything is spoilt due to human fault, within the period of the warranty, we will not charge you any repairs/service fees. We will only charge for the cost of the part which is being replaced.

It can carry about 120KG. Actually there isn’t technically a weight limit but generally, the heavier the load, the faster the battery consumption / slower the speed of the bike.
There are no papers needed. We have already sent all these bicycles to LTA to get the approval seal before putting them in the shop for sales.
