1) It is not foldable.
2) No problem. It is splash proof. You can ride in big ride. But of course, its best not to ride in flooded areas. ( for example, Orchard was flooded previously )
3) No. You have to pedal. LTA rules states that throttle cannot be installed and the vehicle can only be powered by pedaling
