I had brought this frm u for ard 2mths. I have always been careful abt the charging time(no over-charging) and i alway make sure the battery is charged before it ran out of juice. But i suspect it never last more than 20km per charged(fully charged). To clear my doubts, i installed a speedo meter to the bicycle. It always ran out of power after just 18km. On a full charge, my voltage meter reads it at 28.9v. Is this reading normal? How many cell is the battery using? Is the batt damaged? Wil a new batt produce a same result? What is the cost of a new battery? Pls do advise accordingly. Thanks.
